Within thirty years keepers of secret felt easy enough and confidently and though about unidentified flying objects it was spoken endlessly, Roswell, appear, has sunk into oblivion.

And time went, and once, in the beginning of 1978, that is in thirty years after incident, the casual coincidence of circumstances has forced researchers to return to that far history It has appeared, that there all is much more complex, than it was represented, some eyewitnesses of the events which have followed accident, mentioned corpses of members of crew of the broken ship... Laborious search of the people to some extent involved to occured in area of Roswell in that far summer 1947 Was required. And needless to say, it was necessary to search for the official documents which are throwing light those events, let though on separate elements, let though partially. Work was conducted from the different ends, in different directions and is successful enough: during last twenty years investigated business acquired the intriguing details, allowed to tell with absolute definiteness, that the American authorities have concealed the scientific information of vital importance from world community.

But there has come 1995, and the greater sensation most, perhaps, has been presented to the world.

Late at night on May, 21st, 1995 in San-Marino Grandee-hotel the small group of participants just taken place ufological the congress (minister of the government of San Marino, the German, the Romanian, the American, the Spaniard, two Englishmen, some Italians and) did not reduce eyes from the screen, trying to remember for the further analysis the slightest detail of a shown fragment from as affirmed, the film-document which has been finished shooting in the summer of 1947 in state of New Mexico on a place of accident of the extraterrestrial ship. And for two weeks before in London have already been shown other episode from the same film, embodied opening of the body which are not having analogues on the Earth.

Fastened after triple viewing a fragment discussion testified that anybody from present, well known all incident as a whole, was not ready to a unequivocal estimation seen.

This discussion has induced me to return to incident in Roswell and once again to analyse all the facts known for today and the conjectures connected with events in state of New Mexico in the summer of 1947. And materials in this case (including inconsistent reasonings and frank disinformation) has collected by today very much and much.

Pretty often authors, trying to increase volume of published books and clauses and to bring something from themselves for difference from written by others, dilute an available information with a lot go of the revelations not checked up thoroughly it is not known whence undertaken or someone specially the "eyewitnesses" exposed, the truth, after a while, but in time to discredit authentic and to belittle value not only concrete incident, but also the essence of a question.

In the given work the problem is not put to present the Russian-speaking reader the thorough technical report on all known for today on Roswell to incident of 1947. It would be infinitely long (in a draft variant at me it has turned out more 800 pages), too boringly and could interest only narrow experts on a problem of UFO which in our country, alas, very much and it is not enough.

Our purpose - to make travel on traces of those who by virtue of different circumstances, service or simply personal, has touched Secret, and to try to separate authentic from alluvial or added intentionally.

I shall not hide, catching of on an idea, that, maybe, the right was the American top management which has accepted in 1947 the decision on preservation as fiduciary of the information, fallen down, in full sense of this word, to it on a head... Then the world was not ready. But since then has passed half a century, both much has changed. And the main thing, ourselves have changed: children grow on cartoon films and games about newcomers from space, adults look films about aliens, clauses about UFO are published in newspapers and magazines, the truth more often bad (testifying to unconscientiousness or even about sick imagination of some authors calling for some reason by "ufologists"), but the ear gets used to a discussed question, and during the necessary moment the reason will manage to reject all nonsense, having left for the analysis the core checked... In 1947 the situation was absolutely other. Instead of whether is the boundary of millenia that necessary moment?

And if to consider from height of today all event and an event around of a case of semicentenial prescription it is possible, that the dosed out birth of conclusive documents on events of summer of 1947 in state of New Mexico is consequence of the certain well thought over plan. Us as though ask: "you have already digested it? To this idea have already reconciled? And now think here above it". And we think, and are ready to reception of the new information, and then we shall digest also it. And once we shall ripen, we shall reach standard when we can tell all as is, and we shall not be surprised or if and yes, that a little, and we shall tell: "Yes we know, we for a long time already guessed, about it was much written, everything is all right". Probably, as so, but has already passed fifty years, how many still it is necessary decades for preparation of public opinion in scales of all planet? Many can and not wait the official application of the American government for events of summer of 1947 in state of New Mexico. I am exact.

If something also occurs in change of a position concerning prevalence of a life in the Universe, very slowly. The psychologist Dr. R.Bojlan, for example, believes, that last stage of preparation of earthmen to disclosing the truth about a life in Space has begun on August, 7th, 1996 during well organized press conference of NASA on which it has been declared detection of traces of a life on Mars. Then on the same theme the President of the USA B.Klinton and astrophysicist K.Sagan who have named the application of NASA by change of a scientific paradigm in understanding of our place in the Universe have acted.

R.Bojlan considers, that has put here not in Mars, and in general in ascertaining prevalence of a life outside of the Earth. For in six days, on August, 13th, the representative of NASA has made the application that decoding of pictures testifies to presence of conditions favorable for a life on the satellite of the Floodlight to the Europe.

But I, perhaps, have moved date of the end reckless "otritsalovka" for February, 1996 when in "Science the News" there was a message that by means of a telescope "Hubble" was possible to photograph the enormous object of the elliptic form flown rings of Saturn. Others very bright two and greater object have been photographed on May, 22nd and on August, 10th.

About photos of the same unknown cigar-shaped object in length in 7000 miles (11250 km!), made with "Voyager-1" (1980), tells also the employee of NASA Dr. Norman Bergran.

On January, 30th, 1996 N.Bergran has been invited to radio station WRFX-FM (Charlotte, pieces Northern Carolina). Answering a question of the leader why NASA and other governmental agencies then did not inform the public, Bergran has told, that the Law on a space of 1958 provides distribution of the information only in case data planned to the publication do not comprise potential threat, namely it and is seen in unknown object of such sizes, and, hence, the similar fact gets in the safe of the confidential military organizations with the closed financing.

Thus, the fifth factor - preparation of public opinion - at its all irreality should, I think, to be considered very seriously, and I would like to promote its realization.
