... In the end of 1980, after one of performances on William Moore's radio, the ufologist who has received wide popularity in connection with an output of the book "Roswell incident", has called to it somebody, let know, that borrows high position in hierarchy of officials of special services and would like through it, Moore to finish to the public some facts. In the further this "somebody" has acquainted Moore with nine employees of special services among whom there was also the senior sergeant Richard Doti worked in the Department on special investigations of the Air Forces (AFOSI) on the basis of the Air Forces in Kertlende (of Albuquerque).

... By S.Fridman's this time has reduced Moore with the Hollywood producer and director Dzh.Shandera. After occurrence in Moore and Shandera from prospecting service the Air Forces all of them more also have more coordinated new friends in dangerous communications and, thinking, that their phones are listened, began to name all newly made informants names of birds. Thus the main person has turned to "Falcon", and Richard Doti in "Sparrow".

Shandera and Moore believed, that among Albukerke groups of employees of the special service contacted to them, there were the people who are considered necessary disclosing of the truth about UFO, but thus there was a question on absolute maintenance of anonymity of participants of similar operation.

In the end of 1984 "Falcon" has declared to Moore forthcoming transfer of new materials which are planned to be sent Dzh. Shandera, it is probable therefore, believe the some people, that of Moore observed closely. (it is not clear, the truth, who?) but Moore has warned about it Shandera.

Anyhow, and on December, 11th, 1984 in mail box Dzh.Shandera there was a simple envelope from the anonymous sender with not shown 35-millimetric film. This very day a film have shown, and next morning pictures of eight pages of the classified document were ready. And the word "sensation" has appeared too weak. The complete set included a primary brief information for again selected President Eisenhower about accidents of UFO of an extraterrestrial origin, the list of appendices and "Appendix A" to the document - Truman's note addressed to Minister of Defence Dzh. Forrestol from September, 24th, 1947 in which it is spoken about creation of superconfidential committee "Majestic-12" specially for research of this question. (in the list of their appendices eight, but on a film there was only one - "Appendix A", and it is possible to judge the maintenance of others only under their names). on each page of the document there is a stamp "Top Secret". Only for acquaintance "and Single copy".

... Time went, Moore and Shandera have borrowed for some reason a waiting attitude. And someone behind side scenes, similar, hurried up. As a result the first these sensational documents were published by English ufologist Timoti Gud in 1987. As he said, it has received them from CIA on the channels...
